Customer Service Advisor - Social Housing (Full time)
Hays are currently recruiting 6 x Customer Service Advisors on behalf of their Social Housing client, based in St Helens with hourly rates paying from £12.50 per hour.**Your new role will involve the below responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Providing an efficient and effective customer contact handling service, ensuring a right first-time approach and caring customer service is delivered
- Ensuring all incoming and outbound contacts are logged, information is provided and validated, and that assistance is provided in line with a right first time approach and resolution is achieved, when possible
- Using IT systems to book in and rearrange appointments for customers and/or clients whilst on the phone
- Dealing with customer service queries, issues and investigating complaints in relation to outstanding works, delays and other defects (e.g. damage to property, employee behaviour)
- Working alongside clients, customers, sub-contractors to schedule visits and appointments

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous working experience within a call centre environment or telephone based role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent customer service and administration skills

**What you'll get in return**
- Weekly pay
- Monday to Friday
- 0800 - 1600
- £12.50 per hour plus holiday accrual
- Potential to extend role beyond contracted end date
