Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large and growing organisation on a Customer Service Advisor role in St Helens.

This role offers great benefits such as an attractive hybrid-working policy including 2 days WFH. This is an initial interimposition, continuing until the end of March 2023.

Duties will include:

  • To accurately investigate enquiries on new and existing requests and complaints and prioritise those accordingly.
  • To provide and excellent quality service to both internal and external stakeholders when answering inbound calls.
  • To work in partnership with other teams across the business to collaboratively address key risks
  • To have detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure that the customers receive correct advice and are correctly processed on the company's internal management system.

Person:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay accurate information
  • Experience in Customer Service and receiving inbound calls is essential
  • Ability to handle challenging enquiries and to diffuse situations approriately
