Page Personnel is currently working with a growing not for profit organisation within the St Helens area. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in customer service. A housing association would be adventurous.

  • Be able to deal with complex customer service queries effectively and efficiently
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders within the business where necessary
  • Support team leader and manager on staff comms
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with our new and existing customers.
  • Logging all customer contact onto our CRM system to ensure an effective audit trail is kept

The Successful Applicant:

  • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience of working within a customer service or safety environment dealing with customer contacts and communications.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
