**Salary**:Up to £22k

**Hours of Work**:36 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 1.00pm)

**Contract Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Customer Service Advisor Duties**:

- Working with our Commercial Managers to build effective long-term relationships with Customers.
- Taking a lead role in responding to customer queries, requests or issues.
- Managing customer expectations and keep them informed of any supply issues.
- Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Managing sample requests including order processing.
- Investigation of customer complaints.
- General Administration.

**Customer Service Advisor Requirements**:

- A team player with a genuine interest in home furnishings.
- You will be organised, computer literate and able to build relationships with key customers.
- Experience in a similar role or industry is preferable but not essential

We will look after you, make you feel welcome, and train you to be an expert in our products.
