We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join a proactive resolution focused team responsible for the critical day to day running of our Charity. We are seeking an experienced administrator who has exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and is able to quickly adapt and understand new IT systems, to join our Estates and Facilities Team.

**About the role**:
The post holder will act as a key point of contact for the department ensuring clear lines of communication with relevant stakeholders. The post holder will ensure that all staff and visitors receive the highest standard of customer service. Other tasks the post holder will be required to undertake are; raise purchase orders, co-ordinate departmental meetings and undertake minutes, track, monitor and administer third-party contractual arrangements, coordinate maintenance requests, provide administration assistance with facilities data and analysis, ensure departmental information and records are stored in a concise and accessible way and manage certification from contractors.

This role is site based five days a week at our Head Office building in Sully, and the working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm.

**About you**

You must have proven experience in a front facing customer service role, have a flexible and adaptable working approach with a ‘can do’ attitude and have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous but not essential.
