This is an exciting opportunity to work with Global Heads within Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (SCIB)to ensure the smooth running of their division.

Y ou’ll provide professional, well organised administrative and PA support, and will act as the first point of contact for senior managers, creating a positive impression for both internal and external contacts.

You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads and be confident liaising with colleagues at all levels.

**The difference you’ll make**:

- Managing diaries; prioritising appointments, arranging and coordinating meetings, as well as supporting with event planning.
- Ensuring papers, documents and information are gathered and produced in advance of meetings, liaising with other teams/ offices where needed.
- Managing new employees and leavers within the department, correspondence, enquiries and requests for information, prioritising, and actioning as appropriate
- Doing ad-hoc administrative tasks such as organising travel arrangements, expenses management, HR systems admin etc.
- Collaborating with other PA's to provide cover when required whilst building your PA network across the wider business.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience working as a Senior Secretary in a large organisation, supporting Senior Managers / Directors
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

**It would also be nice for you to have**:

- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Proven experience supporting a department
- Background in financial services would be helpful but isn't essential.
- Additional language skills: English and Spanish.

- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
- We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
- 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
