**Installation Expertise**:
**Job Title: General Builder - Loft Insulation Installation Specialist**

**Location: Nationwide (UK) - Travel Required**

**Position Type: Full-Time**

**Salary: £26,000/year + Commission**

**Company Overview**:
We are a leading construction and installation company specializing in loft insulation, window trickle vents, bathroom and kitchen extractor fan installations. With a national presence, we are seeking dedicated and skilled General Builders to join our dynamic team. This role involves daily travel, and accommodation will be provided in hotels arranged by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute installations of loft insulation, window trickle vents, bathroom, and kitchen extractor fans with precision and in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety guidelines.

**Customer Acquisition**:

- Distribute leaflets in the vicinity of ongoing installations to generate additional customer interest.
- Actively promote our services and encourage customer referrals.

**Commission-Based Incentives**:

- Earn additional commission by bringing in new customers through leaflet distribution.
- Commission rates range from £100-£150 per additional customer introduced.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work in pairs, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Introduce a skilled colleague who does not possess a driving license, and work together to enhance overall efficiency.

**Travel and Accommodation**:

- Daily travel is required to different locations across the country.
- Hotel accommodation will be provided by the company for overnight stays.

**Training and Support**:

- Full training will be provided to ensure mastery of installation techniques.
- Access to company resources and support for continuous professional development.

**Vehicle and Equipment**:

- Company van will be provided for transportation to job sites.
- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of the assigned vehicle and equipment.

**License and Insurance**:

- A valid driving license is a prerequisite for this role.
- Arrange and maintain personal insurance coverage; the company will reimburse related expenses.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Prior experience in building and installation work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
