About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and creating new opportunities for Builder. You'll identify and qualify high-potential leads, passing them to our senior sales team to take forward. Your success will directly impact the pace of our company's growth and the development of our pipeline of future customers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound lead generation activities to support our sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target industries and organisations
  • Gain a deep understanding of target industries and organisations, including their challenges and goals
  • Prospect into target organisations using a range of outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals
  • Achieve monthly goals of qualified opportunities for our sales team
  • Maintain our CRM meticulously, ensuring all information is conveyed to our sales team
  • Develop a deep understanding of Builder's unique selling points and effectively communicate them
  • Create high-quality templates for emails and phone calls, continuously testing and iterating to improve them
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation in the technology space, consistently performing in the top quartile
  • Keen interest in a career in a high-performing sales culture
  • Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
  • Ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly
  • Extreme drive and a love for hitting targets
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
  • Team player with demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
