About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and creating new business opportunities for Builder. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and seamlessly transitioning qualified prospects to our experienced sales team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting outbound lead generation activities to support our sales teams.
  • Identifying target industries and organizations in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Developing a deep understanding of these target industries and organizations, including their challenges and goals.
  • Proactively prospecting into target organizations using a variety of outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Achieving monthly targets for qualified opportunities generated for the sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and utilizing CRM systems to track lead interactions and progress.
