We are in search of an exceptional individual and top notch organiser for a unique administrative position that holds the potential for rapid advancement within our company. Novus Black, a thrilling financial brand, has undergone tremendous growth in the past three years. We are currently seeking an administrative assistant to join us on this exciting journey and contribute to shaping the company into the formidable entity it has the potential to become.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Execute clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Professionally and courteously handle phone calls, although it is currently a small aspect of the job
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Record meeting minutes and file them appropriately
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Accurate and efficient typing abilities
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and software
- Attention to detail and effective multitasking skills
- Preferred experience in an administrative role
