Regional Sales and Project Assistant

They currently have a great opportunity for an energetic, engaging, and disciplined Regional Sales and Project Assistant to join their team. This position offers an ambitious and eager individual the chance to help develop a well-established and successful business; presenting the right individual a chance to support the Regional Sales and Project Manager, by growing the entire London area.
You will be offered a salary of £30,000 including a competitive commission structure, company car and credit card, work phone, iPad and laptop, plus additional company benefits.
You will work independently and remotely and be self-disciplined with the ability to effectively manage your time.
This position would suit and individual with experience of **selling to public sector and private sector **and **selling event-based and deadline-based solutions and Project Management.**
**Regional Sales and Project Assistant main duties**:
- You will work for the Business Development Manager, supporting the operation within the region as required.
- Attend prospective client meetings as required to obtain all relevant information as required.
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to order.
- Conducting site surveys to ensure all relevant information is obtained for both design and installation.
- Identify upselling opportunities with current clients.
- Create and maintain strong, professional relationships with current clients.
- Work with the design team to provide project designs for prospective clients.
- Consult with installers and be the main point of client contact throughout the installation process.
- Manage Sales Pipeline, with monthly and yearly targets being achieved.
**Regional Sales and Project Assistant desired skills and experience**:
- Proven sales experience
- Demonstrable experience of exceeding targets
- Experience of the end-to-end sales process
- Ability to research and identify potential customers and key decision makers.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt behaviour to build effective and trusting relationships internally and externally.
- Ambitious and driven to ensure Sales targets are met.
- Focussed and self-motivated, allowing for own personal growth and discipline required to work remotely.
- Excellent attention to detail and time keeping.
- The ability to take responsibility and handle pressure.
- Full UK License is ESSENTIAL
The company has a very busy period between September and December within which they do not allow holidays.
