Reporting to the Regional Director of our Europe division, we have an exciting opportunity available for a senior Executive Assistant/Office Support (EA) star to join our London office. Our Europe team of 45 people cover 12 markets.

**What you'll be doing - Te whakamahere**
- As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support to the RD Europe and regional team, you will also be an integral part of the London office and culture with increasing numbers of companies coming back to Europe.

You'll use your administration expertise, excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills to successfully work with key stakeholders, our wider regional team, for both BAU and projects support work - with the majority of the time spent on administration and event management tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactive and efficient diary, meeting, and travel management - including being two steps ahead to manage diaries and schedules
- Supporting team meetings sharing documentations and presentation creation.
- Ensuring the RD is well briefed and prepared for meetings
- Supporting the communications link between the RD and other parts of the region through strong relationship building
- Project and event coordination support including leading the delivery and implementation of smaller projects when required.

You'll need to have high grade prioritisation skills with the flexibility to multitask when priorities change. We expect that you will be self-directed and self-motivated and be process improvement focused.

**What you'll need to be successful - Ō Pūkenga**
- We're looking for a senior Executive Assistant who has a customer-focused mindset, where you have used your organisation and administration expertise, excellent relationship management skills and adaptable nature to anticipate needs. You'll be a skilled diary manager, always two steps ahead when prioritising commitments and travel arrangements and be comfortable pushing back when required.

You'll also be an amazing relationship builder and are able to build relationships with stakeholders in our regional offices. You'll possess outstanding communication skills - written and spoken and you'll be a people person that is passionate about building team culture and an active member of our one global team.

You'll be proactive, self-directed and motivated and be comfortable in suggesting new ways of doing things or putting better processes in place and will also have exceptional prioritisation skills with the flexibility to multitask when priorities change. You'll have a strong administration background, be tech savvy (MS Office, Powerpoint), and most importantly be a self-starter.

A sense of humour is a must, as is having strong time management skills and being a natural solution finder with high levels of initiative, with a resourceful approach to achieve the desired outcome.
