**We are seeking** a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **Electrical Estimator**.

This role will include:
Reviewing client tender information and ensuring that the right equipment/material and labour is put into a quotation.

Pricing and putting together the product and technical elements of the quotation within an agreed timeframe for the prospective client

You will be asked occasionally to either talk to or meet a prospective partner or client to answer technical questions about the quotation and explain the solution you chose.

Industrial / Commercial / Utility / Renewables / Facilities and Management.

**Responsibilities and Key Deliverables**:
Conduct technical on-site visits and inspections to gather relevant information regarding the scope of the project.

Prepare detailed and accurate project cost estimates, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant expenses.

Work closely with the commercial team to develop comprehensive and persuasive proposals for potential clients.

Ensure that all project estimates and proposals comply with current British standards and BS7671 regulations

Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Provide support to sales teams during client presentations and negotiations. upselling, and willingness to look for other opportunities whilst dealing with potential / existing customers, in line with the business objectives

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands.

Use market insights to adjust pricing strategies and stay ahead of industry competitors.

Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and communication with clients. Provide regular reports on estimation activities, success rates, and market trends to management.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience of producing estimates
- Broad understanding of Health and Safety law and legislation
- Have brilliant communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), to work with people at all levels
- IT Competent to be able use all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Teams)
