Paradigm is growing fast, and we're hiring a Media Buyer to manage our clients Meta ad accounts.

About the role
- You will be responsible for managing the Meta ad accounts of DTC e-commerce clients from a range of different niches. This is a high pressure environment so being able to thrive here is key.
- Strategise, ideate, and build Meta advertising campaigns spending up to £5k per day in some instances.
- You will be Communicating with your own clients regularly via Slack, Whatsapp and Google Meet/ Zoom.
- Provide expertise on current eCommerce best practices, including Paid media, creative, Conversion rate optimisation, shopify, analytics platforms, landing pages, product strategy, bundles, and more.
- Keep up to date with eCommerce best practices of tomorrow through training, research, etc;
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with your team members to drive the best possible results for our partners.
- Treat our partners businesses like our own.

About you
- You need at least 1 years of experience running Meta Ads for D2C e-commerce brands.
- You need to be passionate about paid ads/ marketing/ e-commerce. If not, you won't fit in here.
- Previous agency experience is ideal. If not, you must have experience within an e-commerce brand.
- A solid understanding of Shopify and e-commerce as a whole.
- Experience using Google analytics, GA4, Triple Whale.
- You must have skin in the game and be able to hold yourself accountable at all times.
- Top-notch research skills. With the need to pivot from client to client, you’ll need to be able to do in-depth research and get up to speed on the industry and market quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work autonomously, managing multiple accounts/clients
- Extensive knowledge of advertising on social media platforms (FB/IG/TikTok)
- You're looking to build a career in a marketing agency.

- You're both creative and analytical in your approach.
- You're confident speaking with clients & internal teams to ensure everything is running smoothly from the beginning to completion.

We work with partners across the world, mainly based in the UK and the USA. We specialise in Paid Advertising, as well as creating scroll stopping social media content for our partners.

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
