Media Production Coordinator

SALARY: £28,000 Per annum

**PURPOSE OF ROLE**
To serve as a crucial link between the Commercial Advertising Team and the production teams for Premier's diverse media platforms, with a focus on client relationships.
Overseeing media campaign progression, to ensure quality control of materials, addressing issues promptly, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The aim is to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality advertising production that aligns with Premier's mission and values.
**Key Tasks**
- Acting as the first point of contact for our advertisers and partners, in relation to the production workflow, ensuring smooth communication.
- Working closely with the Commercial team to ensure the campaign is delivered successfully and that client expectations are managed.
- Managing modifications to campaigns/jobs where client requirements change in agreement with the client and the commercial team.
- Raising any production challenges to the commercial team in a timely manner and ensuring records are kept in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Gathering print artwork, digital adverts, and radio audio from various sources in preparation for production.
- Using automated planning tools and platforms to ensure that all media assets then reach their end destination to deadline,
- Checking all materials for quality and consistency before they go into production.
- Tracking the progress of various projects and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Quickly addressing any issues or obstacles that arise during the production process to prevent delays or complications.
**Abilities and Essential Skills**
- Previous experience as Media Production Coordinator or Production Assistant level
- In depth understanding of the production workflow across multi-media platforms
- In depth understanding of common file formats and resolutions
- Excellent client communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages (incl Excel, Word and Project)
- Highly organized, first-class time/project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize conflicting tasks
- Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a team towards a common goal
**Desirable Skills**:
- Knowledge of Radio audio production and associated radio clearance guidelines
- Existing knowledge of Project tools such as Hive
- Good knowledge of CRM platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce

- The post-holder will work in a Christian environment. Therefore, it will be necessary for the post-holder to have respect for the Christian faith, its values and be in sympathy with our organisational aims.
You will be supporting the creation and production of media advertising, gathering print artwork, digital adverts and radio audio from our clients, working to strict deadlines to ensure they are delivered to our production teams on time. You will be the person that sits between our commercial advertising team and delivery. You will also have regular customer contact with the major focus being on client relationships, particularly across the relevant client marketing and communications teams as well as agency media buyers. You will an advocate for great teamwork, using excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, to ensure all media campaigns are a success.
