**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals and values.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends and platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster an engaged and loyal online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and participation.
- **Influencer Partnerships**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and industry leaders to amplify brand reach.
- Manage influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns and channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Influencer Prospecting, Negotiation, and Management**:

- Identify and prospect potential influencers who align with the brand's image and target audience.
- Lead negotiations with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance brand credibility.
- Manage relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.
- **TikTok Content Creation**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and create engaging and on-brand content for TikTok.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and features to maintain a fresh and relevant presence.
- **TikTok Live Presenting**:

- Host and present live sessions on TikTok, fostering real-time interaction with the audience.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for joint live sessions.
- **Camera-Facing Role**:

- Be the face of the brand on social media, creating a personal connection with the audience.
- Deliver compelling on-camera content that showcases product features, benefits, and usage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
