**Hours**: 8am-5pm
**Days**:Monday-Friday
**Position**: Permanent

Join this established logistic specialist company, with the new role of invoice administrator. My client is a global leading provider of integrated supply chain solutions across multiple markets, offering its services to international traders and producers. You will be responsible for all things invoicing and base out of the port of Liverpool docks L21

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Cross Checking all invoices
- Chasing Invoices for Payment
- Raising invoices for customers
- Sign off all invoices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to perform other Amdinistration duties as and when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,732.16 per year
