**IT Site Support Analyst**

**Location**:Brierley Hill

**Salary & Benefits**: Above Market Average Salary + Overtime (Paid at Time & a Half) + Paid Microsoft Qualifications

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (with some flexibility on start and end times)

**Overview**:
Acting as a dedicated resource (as part of a larger team) for a very reputable, professional client, based in Brierley Hill at a 2nd Line (and occasional 3rd Line) Level. This role will be fully office based. The role will provide a professional supportservice with a positive customer centric approach.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a specific IT company, rather than being a part of an IT department of a non-IT company, and opportunities to learn and progress up the career ladder are regularly available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively managing service delivery between onsite resources, in-house team, remote helpdesk and head office project team
- Testing of updates / system changes, assisting with deployment and pre/post go-live support
- Provide a first line response for local server issues
- Project work required
- Manage own call queue to SLAs
- In receipt of support from Field Support and Senior Helpdesk Analysts

**Desired Experience**:

- Active Directory (creating and managing user accounts within AD)
- Group Policies (creating and managing what are they, how they are enforced)
- Exchange (management of user accounts, 'how do I' support advice, access requests)
- Office365 (troubleshooting, migration and management of user accounts)
- Azure
- Terminal Server (trouble shooting connection issue)
- Windows Server (troubleshooting)

**Miscellaneous**:

- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
- 23 days annual leave rising to 27
- Qualifications allowance payable upon successful completion of funded accreditations
- Overtime allowance
