**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
**As the Customer Service Operator, you will**:

- Responding to customer requests such as quotations or general information regarding services
- Identifying issues with shipments and seeking resolutions
- Working with suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness

**WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU**:

- Confident computer, telephone manner and literacy skills are necessary
- Strong customer service skills and previous experience in a similar ideal
- Strong time management skills with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail

**WHAT WILL YOU GAIN**:

- Our client is offering a salary up to £26k
- Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm and 9.30 to 6.30pm (on a weekly rota)
- Free Parking
- Pension scheme
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
