Location:
Frimley, offering hybrid working options

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 5PM
- Friday: Early finish at 4PM

As the Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for parts and technical inquiries
- Establishing new customer accounts
- Handling customer queries post-delivery
- Scheduling engineer site visits
- Renewing maintenance contracts
- Coordinating maintenance visits
- Managing invoice processing
- Undertaking miscellaneous admin tasks as needed

The ideal Customer Service Administrator should have the following skills/experience:
- Solid background in customer service
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Preferably, familiarity with SAP; proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
- Team player mindset with the ability to work autonomously
