My highly prestigious client based on the outskirts of Kendal, are currently recruiting for a CRM Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

You will be at the heart of a busy Marketing team, working on the customer selection and output of that data for all printed material, including catalogues and direct mailings. You will be responsible for reporting on performance of the company strategyand optimising the in-house systems to drive continuous improvement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Selecting the customers in support of the direct mailing plan
- Ensuring data is accurate and complies with GDPR requirements
- Supporting the Direct Marketing Manager in the delivery of the direct marketing plan
- Brief and manage the end-to-end data processes for all printed materials
- Manage the budgets for CRM in line with the requirements for the activities over the year
- Participate in reviews together with the creative serves, data and insight teams and be innovative to optimise costs
- Experience of working with a creative agency
- 3rd party relationship management experience
- Experience using consumer insight to inform execution of customer communications
- A strong self-starter, solution orientated individual
- Familiar with data handling (Excel, SQL)
