**Forward Role are now exclusively partnered with the unrivalled kitchen & homeware brand Lakeland** They are the absolute go to whether it be for the essentials, cool home gadgets or bespoke cookware. As they grow and embark on their new journey,they are hiring across a number of areas in the business and are on the lookout for a Retail Marketing Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will own the execution of the go to market plans for Lakeland’s products, categories, brand and campaignswithin the physical retail stores.

**More about the role**
- Take the agreed commercial strategy and translate this into retail campaigns.
- Own category & product ‘go to market’ plans for the retail strategy.
- Take full ownership & management of the retail marketing budget and sign off spends based on the seasonal calendar.
- Become the gatekeeper for signing off new store layout plans.
- Optimization of retail channel’s productivity, sales performance and categories.
- Build and nurture relationships and facilitate feedback.
- Utilize brand direction to create and refresh store designs and new concepts.

**What they are looking for**
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing with background in B2C retail marketing, ideally in a multi-channel business.
- Proven track record of leading change in a dynamic business.
- Proven experience in retail strategy, campaign, brand and POS.
- Well organised and able to work towards deadlines in an efficient manner.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Budget management experience.
