**Customer Support Executive**

Our client globally distributes and is the leading manufacturer for innovative hydraulic attachment’s. Continuing demand for transportation and infrastructure is constantly driving their product development and the service they offer. As a result, they are continuously expanding their product range in order to develop and produce technical highlights in the industries.

Looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and organised **Customer Support Executive** to support the team and to become the interface between the UK Sales team, UK and European Operations Team. The main purpose of this role is to streamline business processes - including order fulfilment and shipping processes, general admin and supporting the operational running of the UK operations. Also, to be able maintain customer satisfaction and facilitate effective communication between sales representatives.

The desired C**ustomer Support Executive** will demonstrate the key values of the company, be professional and helpful in all interactions with customers, colleagues and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering key process administration for elements of the operations and sales functions
- Generation of sales orders and liaising with customers and sales team
- Support to sales team in generation of quotes
- Receipting and despatching of goods
- Liaise with manufacturing facilities, sales team and customers over delivery schedules
- Physical/electronic maintenance of filling systems
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Other duties or activities may be assigned to the inside sales manager according to the requirements of customers, sales team and the business

**Key attributes**:

- Experience in operations environment with previous experience in sales and admin
- Someone who is focused on delivering and responding to customer needs and requirements
- Someone who is keen to work flexibility with varied work as part of a busy team
- Someone who can manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks
- Be confident and have a can do attitude
- Have a through, detailed and organised approach

**Salary**:

- 24-25,500k
