As Support Staff, your main role will be to report to the Store team and to assist our fantastic customers with their enquiries whether current or new. You will have to complete day-to-day cleaning tasks to uphold the store's appearance and ensure that the Health & Safety of our customers is our number one priority.

You will also be expected to implement and develop StoreAway's marketing Schemes, which will include leafleting and meeting local residents and business'

You will be required to work 20 hours per week within the usual business of Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 3.00pm. You will be expected to work alternate weekends, with your additional hours being during the Monday-Friday opening hours.

Customer details are held on a database so some knowledge of IT skills is required

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations) serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
- Working to maximise and seek out opportunities to increase sales and achieve targets. Ensuring that the sales process, as detailed in the Sales and Marketing brief, is always put in to practise at every enquiry and with every potential customer.
- Maintaining the Store Standard ensuring that the daily, weekly and monthly routines and cleaning rota are adhered to.
- Actively implement the store marketing plan as detailed in the Sales and Marketing brief. Always promote the features and benefits of using Store Away to both business and domestic customers. Build and maintain professional relationships with associated businesses.
- The store team should be fully focused on delivering excellent customer service and exceed the customer’s expectation by ensuring that we put the customer first always.
- To assist in ensuring that the store operates within its set cost budgets. Customer debt must be minimised by strict adherence to the company procedure.
- The store must operate in a safe and secure environment for both our customers and staff. This will be achieved by ensuring that store audits are completed, that all legal requirements are complied with, and that all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Any issues should be reported immediately to your Operations Team.
- The store must adhere to, and comply with all company policies, procedures and routines, as detailed in the store operations manual. All records must be maintained and filed as per the office layout plan. All new initiatives must be successfully implemented and maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Full, UK driving license and access to a car
- Prepared to undertake all tasks concerned with running a Store: customers, IT systems, cleaning, remedial repairs, leaflet drops
- Computer and IT literate
- Flexible - must be available to work alternate Saturdays/Sundays and flexible days during the week (no fixed-day contracts)
- Able to efficiently leaflet drop around the local vicinity - business and residential
- Confident with lone working, when necessary
- Although assigned to a Store, must be prepared to travel and work between Stores if required - mileage will be reimbursed at the HMRC approved rate of 45 pence per mile

Inclusion into company incentive scheme on completion of a successful probation.
