Due to continued growth we have an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join us on a permanent full time basis.

Basic salary of £23-£26k depending on experience.

QuidMarket is market leading fintech lender, established in 2011 and helping thousands of customers every year when they need extra cash. We pride ourselves on our ability to be different and provide our customers with a lending decision which combines data analytics, credit scoring and our specialist manual underwriting. Customer outcomes are our focus, meaning we don’t look at the usual “dialler KPI’s”, we are not the typical call centre.

**The skills you’ll need**

**Desirable**
- A passion for customer service and making a difference
- Ability to manage multiple tasks when dealing with customers
- Strong telephone manner
- Ability to deal with general customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Self-motivated individuals who take pride in what they do, demonstrate good manners and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of lending, collections, credit files, customer service roles & process driven roles
- An understanding of vulnerable customers and working with financial difficulty
- Strong word processing skills with good command of English grammar
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
