An exciting consumer goods company with a reputation for high quality work is now looking for a **SeniorSales Administrator** to join their team in South West London. This immediate start permanent position offers a great **salary of £35,000 p.a.** with plenty of opportunity for further growth and development.
The role involves working closely with clients processing orders, liaising with customers, suppliers, and warehouses, and providing support for wholesale enquiries. This position is perfect for an experienced Sales administrator - who has worked in a consumer goods business and has experience of product exports - and who is now looking for the next step in their career in a rapidly growing company.
**As the Senior Sales Administrator, you will**:
- Manage customer order processing from start to finish.
- Liaising with the warehouse team regarding orders and specific customer requests.
- Chasing overdue invoices, liaising with the accounts team regarding payments.
- Acting as the first point of contact for wholesale enquiries.
- Compiling and distributing weekly sales reports
- Assist Account Managers on national and export accounts.
- Creating export paperwork and secure shipping quotes.
**As the Senior Sales Administrator, you should have**
- Prior experience gained within a consumer goods business working with export controls.
- Strong MS Office skills - including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manner.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
