Our team are based in Wakefield and sell & fit boilers nationwide

We're currently looking for someone to Join Our installs Team, This role will consist of booking jobs with a large pool of engineers, Ordering Kit & Supplies and dealing with customers & engineers throughout the installation process.

We have a hard working & fast paced environment in which everyone plays a part in the success of each & every boiler installation
- Ability to work within a team, but meet responsibilities as an individual
- Outstanding communication skills, Both Written & Verbally
- A positive & proactive attitude
- To be organised & efficient
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good general computer/administrative skills

Responsibilities will include:

- Knowing our products
- Communicating and coordinating with engineers & customers
- Assisting in customer enquiries as and when necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Over seeing 10 - 20 installations per day (Communicating with engineer & customer throughout)

Shift rota, Based on 8 hour shifts 5 days per week.
Will be required to work a weekend shift every 2 weeks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
