**Solutions Coordinator**

LendingMetrics is one of the UK’s leading providers of financial technology, working in partnership with both Experian and Equifax. We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients, however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Coordinator to join our Solutions Team, the primary aim will be to provide operational support to the Solutions Manager and the wider team as well as supporting the progression of client projects with our project management team. With a huge opportunity to grow and take on new responsibilities, we are looking for an ambitious person who has a desire to work in a software development environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Solutions/Projects Duties**:

- The internal coordination of day-to-day tasks for implementation projects for the Solutions team. Examples include but are not limited to: Liaise with relevant stakeholders to estimate task scope and timeframes; Add implementation tasks to the task management platform. Updating our task management platform with implementation progress; Liaise with project management to support effective management of client expectations.
- Prepare progress and sprint planning summaries for the Solutions Manager ahead of meetings with senior management.
- Coordinate the delivery of post implementation Professional Services. Examples include but are not limited to: Liaise with the Solutions Manager and Account Management to progress with existing client consultancy opportunities; Liaise with business analysts and/or technical teams to provide clients with accurate scopes, quotations and/or proposals for professional services consultancy; Communicate via our change management platform to schedule and update all relevant stakeholders on professional services consultancy; Maintain our client consultancy tracking document producing summary reports for the Solutions Manager when requested.
- Coordination of department reporting such as revenue generation, resource assignment and implementation characteristics. Liaising with accounts team for report on monthly financials.
- Responsible for the management of department task management platforms. This includes proactive development, improvement, and implementation of new processes for tracking tasks and effort for the Solutions team - currently in Asana and Toggl.
- Coordination of strategic projects (timelines etc.) tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordination of pre contract sales support. This includes liaising with sales team to establish solutions support requirements; processing and scheduling solutions resource to support requests for pre-contract client consultancy from the sales team.

**Operational Duties**
- Perform effective diary management for the Solutions Manager, ensuring appointments are scheduled in a time-efficient manner and any supporting documentation required is prepared and available.
- Hold regular meetings with the Solutions Manager to ensure progress on outstanding actions and identify updates/further actions required.
- Attend ad hoc meetings with or on behalf of the Solutions Manager, taking notes and ensuring actions are followed-up.
- Relay messages to the solutions team on behalf of the Solutions Manager.
- Make considered low level decisions on behalf of the Solutions Manager where appropriate.
- Always maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide wider support to the solutions team as needed. Examples include but are not limited to: Ad hoc tasks as required by the Solutions Manager; Wider administrative support to the solutions team and projects team as required; Organise travel and logístical arrangements for the Solutions Manager/wider team where required.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and embrace the ISO standards.
- Maintain and encourage a positive, collaborative and proactive company culture.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by your line manager or the Directors.

**Key Skills, Competencies & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role with customer facing experience.
- High level of administration, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication.
- Highly organised and good attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in a Project Management role (desirable)
