**Position: Marketing Administrator**:
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus very good company benefits
- **Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex**:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours, office based
- Role based at Burgess Hill. There is free parking available on site and you can also find plenty of free parking on the roads nearby. The office is around 15 mins walk from the nearest mainline station.
We are delighted to be assisting our specialist client as they seek to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join their office based team on a full time permanent basis within their modern premises in Burgess Hill. This is a really exciting time to join this business as they continue to grow their teams due to continued expansion and success.
**Purpose of the role**:
Responsible for all aspects of marketing administration and organisation, including the smooth set up and running of trade show attendance and maintenance of marketing collateral. Working alongside and providing support to the marketing team to develop and co-ordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels with the objective of high-quality lead generation.
**Duties include**:
- Organising and managing attendance at multiple trade / industry exhibitions
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure all marketing collateral is current and in stock
- Ensuring routine marketing activities are performed on time and to a high standard
- Posting content for to company blogs and social media
- Assist in the logistics and co-ordination of exhibitions, including stock management, and inventory control.
- Packing and wrapping of items for despatch
- Support the assembly and breakdown of exhibition spaces, including on-site booth, arranging signage, and lighting installation.
You’ll be working within a relatively small team, so alongside your main responsibilities, you will be involved in all aspects of marketing activities including: - Assisting with the development of marketing literature, website and blog content - Assisting in the development and maintenance of multiple lead generation channels including PPC, SEO and social media - Assisting in the development of new campaigns
**Experience, competencies and knowledge required**:
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is required (all expenses will be refunded)
- Experience of arranging and attending events / exhibitions
