Job Overview:

- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents
- Support the office manager in managing office supplies
- Interacting with the property team and fulfilling their requests
- Scheduling meetings, booking rooms
- Creating agendas and taking meeting notes
- Assisting with invoicing & logging bills
- Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests
- Managing outgoing post
- Photocopying and filing documents
- Attending workshops and training when required
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Ability to assist with property visits and viewings, when necessary
- Handling expenses and billing

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience of working in an office environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn and use industry specific software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Multitasking capabilities

Hours will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday cover. You will be entitled to 30 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays). You will need a full drivers license with access to a car for work purposes.
