**Off to Work **are now looking for a
**Staffing Assistant** to join our growing Edinburgh Team.

The
**Staffing Assistant's** key function is to assist in ensuring all bookings are fully staffed with appropriate team members, that hold the right skill set.

Through clear communications, you will be promoting a wide range of shifts in varying locations around Scotland and the Northeast to team members, to ensure all bookings are fulfilled. To do this successfully you must have a calm and professional manner, even when the going gets tough. Every day will be different - we need a self-starter who is not afraid to get stuck in.

As a
**Staffing Assistant, **you will need to be confident with common sense by the kilo. Flexible and fired up about both admin and hospitality operations, attention to detail in abundance, and multitasking is your ONLY method.

You don't have to be an expert
**Staffing Assistant **as training will be provided - but your enthusiasm and common sense must make up for what you don't already have in experience

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends and on-call shifts (remunerated)
