**Creative Marketing Assistant**:
12-month contract

Mint Velvet began when founders Liz Houghton and Lisa Agar-Rea set out to create an unfailingly chic collection of contemporary, great quality staples and elevated fits that they felt were missing from their wardrobes. Feeling frustrated that they couldn’t find anything they wanted to wear, or the great customer service they craved, they started fusing relaxed comfort with glamourous yet wearable fashion trends. Relaxed Glamour was born.

If you want to join us on the next chapter of our story, you’re in the right place. Working as Creative Marketing Assistant in the MV team, you will be responsible for delivering on and supporting the creative team with content creation, talent & influencer outreach and social media.

The Role:
**Social**
- Create engaging, dial-changing social content for use across the Mint Velvet social platforms
- Create social content, under the director of Creative Director & Senior Brand Creative Manager, that is in line with the MV tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Support in developing and expanding our fashion content on TikTok
- Work collaboratively with wider content team to concept, develop and produce engaging social first and market-leading fashion and lifestyle content
- Assist social team on any extra social content requests on photoshoots
- Support on and feature in self-shooting content
- Provide a weekly round-up to the wider marketing team of what we’re loving this week on social media
- Assist in editing social content across social platforms

**Photoshoots**
- Assist Shoot Producer on shoots on location and in studio, ensuring samples and props are appropriately maintained
- Marking off and coding accessories for shoots
- Capture BTS content on shoots to be used across marketing content as briefed by the Creative Marketing Manager & Senior Social Media Coordinator

**Content**
- Support Content Editor with ad hoc task and projects
- Participate in brainstorms for content, always evolving output and pushing creative boundaries, contribute towards content meetings, looking ahead at campaigns and thinking creatively on new ways of doing things
- Manage the workflow and folder management of social content
- Be a key leader in developing & championing our Working at MV office content

**Talent & PR**
- Assist Brand Partnerships & Talent Manager with talent and influencer outreach
- Provide a weekly round-up of Mint Velvet in the press and present findings back to the wider team
- Help plan and deliver any marketing events and activity from start to finish, including briefing in requirements, pulling costings together, executing set up and maintenance
- Maintaining and high-level press requests with samples & imagery, if required

- Finger on the pulse when it comes to knowledge of the latest TikTop and Instagram trends
- Passion and knowledge for latest fashion influencers and creative talent
- Team player, eager to get stuck in
- Good understanding of how TikTok operates, with an understanding of the platform’s interface
- Ability to demonstrate creative flair
