Our prestigious client based in High Wycombe are currently recruiting for a International Marketing Assistant to join their organisation. This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious, creative and digitally savvy individual to join a dynamic, fast-pacedmarketing team.

This is a busy and varied role, you will work across the full digital marketing lifecycle from campaign planning, content creation, deployment, automation, analytics, optimisation, and retirement. You will learn cutting edge tools, leading practice and gaininternational experience as we deliver our campaigns around the world.

This varied and interesting role that would suit a team player who as a creative content creator can turn ideas into images, video, and brilliant copy.

**Key Tasks**:

- Assist with the creation of content for social media as part of an integrated digital marketing campaign including, images, text, video and audio.
- Create and curate social posts to various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok.
- Learn how to build marketing automation work flows which create and measure meaningful engagement with our audiences
- Create content for a range of educational live events including live streams, webinars and panel discussions.
- Assist the international marketing and business development teams to create local campaigns which deliver growth.
- Work closely with the Business Insight Team to discover, gather and leverage data from our social, marketing and internal systems.
- Learn to use a range of analytical tools including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau to visualise campaign performance, seeking out useful trends.
- Support the companies social media strategy to grow brand awareness and acquire new audiences through content creation, management of customer enquiries and monitoring.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns.
- Join international meetings to work with colleagues from other countries.
- Administrative and other support to assist with the efficient running of the business as required.

**Qualifications and experience**
- A-level or BTEC (or equivalent) in a relevant qualification such as English, Marketing or Media
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A-C/9-5 in English and Maths
- Created and curated content on social media such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or blogs

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Visualise a brief into images, video or copy within deadlines, planning and prioritising work accordingly.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in digital and social media trends, in particular professional learning and education
- Adaptable and flexible to cope with differing demands
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A good standard of computer literacy including the use of cloud e.g. Google Docs, Office 365, etc.,
- Interest in learning or knowledge of creative apps including Canva, Procreate, iMovie, FCPX, Videopad, Pencil 2D, Blender etc.,
- Willingness to meet and engage with others
- French, German, Polish, Spanish, Italian language skills are ideal, but not essential.

**Our client is flexible with remote working however you will need to come into the High Wycombe site for training and then once a month for team meetings. Therefore, you will need to live a commutable distance to High Wycombe.
