**Performance Marketing Assistant**:
Mint Velvet began when founders Liz Houghton and Lisa Agar-Rea set out to create an unfailingly chic collection of contemporary, great quality staples and elevated fits that they felt were missing from their wardrobes. Feeling frustrated that they couldn’t find anything they wanted to wear, or the great customer service they craved, they started fusing relaxed comfort with glamourous yet wearable fashion trends. Relaxed Glamour was born.

**THE ROLE**:
Support the delivery of Paid Search, SEO and Affiliate
Work closely with the Affiliate agency and internal stakeholders to enhance our existing Affiliate performance
Work with cross-functional teams to drive performance across all our digital channels, to contribute towards the overall business objectives
Deliver international digital marketing support across channels under the direction of digital marketing lead
Monitor, measure and report across core digital marketing channels
Ensure accuracy and optimize customer journey
Assist in the creative briefing and delivery of Display campaigns - working with in-house designers and wider creative team to drive demand and awareness of the brand
Conduct competitor reviews, feeding back and providing recommendations to the wider team
Additional ad-hoc tasks to support the digital marketing team
**TO JOIN OUR VIBRANT AND FAST GROWING BUSINESS YOU WILL HAVE**:
Previous experience in Paid Search and Affiliates at scale, with an eagerness to learn new platforms and work on more channels
Experience in SEO is a bonus
Knowledge of working on international digital marketing is a bonus
Excellent organization and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering results under pressure
