Head of Insight, Win with Brand

Overview:
This role is known for leading Insights for how we ‘Win With Brands’, ensuring Nomad drives creative excellence and maximises the effectiveness of our Marketing spend. This senior leader will ensure Nomad develops and uses actionable insights for our brand development across the region, throughout the creative development process, assessing and improving our spend effectiveness and ultimately impact on the strength of our brands across all markets. They will create a strong link between the Central/Cluster teams and our insight and media agency partners.
**Responsibilities**:
**Define and deliver our Market Mix Modelling (MMM) Programme**
Lead the design, shape and oversee the delivery of the extensive MMM programme across the business, taking responsibility for the plan, process, delivery and execution. Influence the Nomad Exec to shape and improve our marketing activities for maximum effectiveness.
**Define and deliver our Brand Equity Tracking**
Define, shape and oversee the delivery of our Brand Equity Tracking programme across all markets and segments, bringing clarity on drivers of performance. Influence the Nomad Exec in terms of key insights and recommendations to improve the strength and growth of our brands.
**Lead Insights for Creative Development**
Lead the insights development throughout the creative development process, across strategy, creative idea and execution stages. Play a leadership role in the team with both the ‘Win With Brand’ COE and creative agencies.
**Strategic Guidance**
Provide strategic guidance to the business at key moments, such as within Annual Planning, media briefing, Flywheel Review, etc. and via proactive interventions, such as insights into weather/seasonality or one-off events, e.g. large sports events.
**Continuous Improvement**
Influence the business to make interventions where improvements in marketing spend effectiveness can be made. Take responsibility for identifying and landing ongoing improvements to media/brand plans.
**Stakeholder Management**
Accountable for building relationships within the business across Central/Cluster teams as well as external agencies (MMM, Insight, Media) across Win With Brand to ensure clarity and smoothness of approach and buy-in/action to recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive insights experience, relevant to Win With Brand (i.e. creative development, MMM, Brand Equity)
- Breadth of experience and expertise across qualitative, quantitative and continuous data
- Demonstrated impact of shaping, creating and landing insights programmes
- Multi-market experience preferred
