As the Head of Service Operations, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the continuity of IT and AV services, impacting our colleagues, exhibitions, events, hybrid work environments, and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership to the Service Operations team, shaping IT service delivery across the Museum.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain service delivery frameworks, setting the standards for reliability and support.
- Lead service delivery teams for office moves, exhibitions installations, conferences, and events.
- Accountable for service management performance, budgets, and progress.
- Offer technical leadership in operating systems, identity management, networking, AV, and cybersecurity.
- Implement KPI metrics for continuous improvement, driving SLA performance and asset management.
- Define and manage competency standards, contributing to technical solution design.
- Engage with the Museum's diverse stakeholders to anticipate technology demand and project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience in executive-level reporting.
- 7+ years managing user-facing technical support or operational services.
- Demonstrated experience in service desk management and team leadership.
- Strong technical skills in operating systems, identity management, networking, and AV.
- Excellent communication skills, collaborating across various levels and expertise.
- Ability to think strategically and align service delivery with organisational goals.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
- An inclusive and proactive approach to team leadership and collaboration.
