**Private PA to Director, and Receptionist of an Accountancy Firm**

**Job Overview**:
Looking for a fabulous private PA for a busy Director. The private PA is required full time and will be based at our office in Caddington & sometimes remotely. The Director is an extremely busy man and is looking for a private PA who is happy to be on call outside of normal office hours when required and who can manage both his business and personal life. We are looking for someone to be on Reception to be available to answer all office calls, and welcome visitors as well at the front of house reception. There also will be general administrative duties for the practice.
**Responsibilities**:
Typical Private PA duties include diary management, organising and coordinating personal appointments.
- Booking Client meetings.
- Providing PA and secretarial support to Director.
- Planning office events and maintaining budget control.
- Arranging gifts for VIP clients.
- Liaising with facilities suppliers & office contractors.
- Payment and management of all private bills.
- Running personal errands as and when needed.
- Administrative duties for the practice, include running of payroll, updating work management systems, and adhoc administrative tasks.
- Social media management.
- Adhoc office projects.
This position always requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Experience of working as a PA at a senior level.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Work under pressure with a flexible approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
