  • Manage the interfaces between manufacturing engineering and project requirements
  • Support the Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Architects in all aspects of the NPI process

Requirements:

  • Recognised as an expert in operations, operations framework, manufacturing, leadership principles, and business processes
  • People management and leadership skills, including effective performance and change management skills
  • Experience in maturity review at the highest level
  • Extensive experience of assessing a life cycle deliverable, ensuring results and actions are implemented
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of all phases of the Product Life Cycle and the associated processes
