The Foundation are recruiting a HR Officer to join the HR department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Foundation’s centralised HR department. We are a small and friendly team of HR professionals. You will be the main point of contact for staff/line managers within the schools/teams you are allocated. You will use your skills and experience to provide high quality support, coaching and HR advice. You will have experience in recruitment and ER matters. This is a true generalist role.

We provide a contributory pension scheme (7.5% employer contribution) and 23 days' holiday (increasing to 28 days after 5 years’ continuous service).
The Loughborough Schools Foundation is a charitable foundation of four independent schools in the heart of Loughborough, educating children from 3 to 18 years, as well as a nursery. The schools enjoy a very high reputation for their academic, cultural and sporting achievements and for the quality of their pastoral care.
