Office Manager/ Operations Coordinator

**Hybrid working - 4 days initially in the office and they will drop to 3 days in CAMDEN office**

**Hours 9-6pm**

A leading executive search and leadership advisory firm working across all consumer-facing industries is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator / Office Manager to join their newly appointed Operations Manager to help drive the business forward. With hugegrowth plans over the next couple of years you will be an integral part of the operations team and in such the role offers excellent scope for development and progression.

This role would suit someone who can evidence leading on projects and process implementation, has influenced decisions, someone strong at stakeholder management and enjoys a highly entrepreneurial environment. Looking for _strong dministration and Operations experience with project management, admin control of key operations areas such as process, protocols, workflow and reporting._

This role will originally start as a maternity cover for the Office Manager for the first 9 months and then become fully operations focussed.

Key to this role is the ability to be agile, adaptable and a problem solver.

Key Office Management / Operations Coordinator duties:

- **Workplace Coordination**
- Ensure that the office environment meets all required standards
- Manage all office supplies Internal IT infrastructure
- Work with our IT Provider and key suppliers to manage the IT and telecoms infrastructure
- Provide 1st line support for all office hardware and day-to day-software usage
- **Systems & Reporting**
- Work to become the superuser and go-to person for queries relating to Sharepoint
- Producing reports from the database
- Supporting best practice, onboarding & training
- **Colleague support**
- Assist with the planning and scheduling and manage cultural initiatives throughout the year
- **Business support**
- Adopt a flexible approach to assisting with any other tasks reasonably required
- Provide marketing and event support as and when required
