Anaplan is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to join our fast-growing, Global Deal Desk team. The Deal Desk Specialist role is viewed as a trusted and recognized business partner to the Field Sales, Renewals, and Partner Organizations. The Deal Desk Specialist will support all commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring and pricing, contract creation, review and approval for offers, providing support to the Sales Field on Anaplan's quoting tools, and participating in User Acceptance Testing and ad-hoc project work.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently and align to company policies.
- Review, interpret and confirm contract terms and conditions. Verify compliance with internal policies (and external regulations).
- Responsible for drafting, modifying and finalizing contracts including new, add-on, renewal, and re-seller contracts.
- Review and approve deals for Anaplan customers and prospects.
- Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies and procedures.
- Deal with day-to-day queries from Sales, and Account Management teams on Anaplan's quoting tools and/or CRM system.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Ad-hoc projects, as requested.
- A "Customer First" perspective and ethos.
- General business partnering skills - able to interact positively with the Sales Field and influence business outcomes.
- Detailed knowledge of Deal Support/Commercial topics (pricing, deal structuring, contracting etc.).
- Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition policies.
- General understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
- The ability to acquire Anaplan product knowledge and the value they provide to Anaplan's Customers.
- The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of Anaplan's corporate goals and objectives and consider these goals/objectives within the design of offers.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
- Requires a 4-year college degree.
- A minimum of 4-years professional experience in Deal Desk in a SaaS company.
- Experience working on a global team.
- Must be fluent in English (+ French or German also beneficial).
