Islamic Aid is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Supporter Care Executive to join our team. The Supporter Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional supporter care, ensuring that all interactions with donors and supporters are handled professionally, efficiently, and with the highest level of service.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supporter Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for supporters, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supporters, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about Islamic Aid's projects, campaigns, and initiatives to supporters, fostering a sense of engagement and connection.

**Donor Communication**:

- Thank donors for their contributions and support, acknowledging their generosity and commitment to our cause.
- Personalize communication to donors, showing appreciation and providing updates on the impact of their donations.

**Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records and data in the CRM system.
- Process donations and update donor information in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of supporter data, adhering to data protection policies and guidelines.

**Fundraising Support**:

- Assist with fundraising campaigns and events, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify potential fundraising opportunities and engage supporters effectively.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on supporter engagement, donation trends, and feedback for internal analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate supporter care processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance supporter satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or supporter care role, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and empathize with supporters effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and databases to manage supporter information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity with Islamic Aid's mission and values is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
