**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolving any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency
- Taking ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating them where necessary
- Achieving productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Communicating problems and ideas effectively within your team and other departments where necessary
- Accurately record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions taken

**Skills and Requirements**
- Previous experience in a customer service role - someone who is genuinely excited to help our customers and provide the best service possible
- Patient, empathetic and passionate in finding suitable solutions to help the customer
- An aptitude for problem solving
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and online systems
- Proactive and passionate about making the customer journey as positive as possible

**MUST HOLD A FULL DRIVING LICENSE AND HAVE ACCESS TO OWN CAR.**

**Working hours**

We are proud to offer **flexible working hours **for this position. You may choose how to split your 30 hours across the week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
