Trainee/ Junior Office and Accounts Administrator

Due to continued growth, we require someone to join our administration team as a Trainee/Junior Office and Accounts Administrator. This role is Self employed and available both Part and Full time. Our show home offices are based in Abbotts Langley, Hertfordshire and Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
The salary range is negotiable dependant on experience.
- Be professional, passionate and Motivated
- have a good and confident telephone manner
- be a conscientious administrator and have a flexible approach
- be organised and able to manage their time efficiently
- have strong attention to detail
- have experience in a similar type of role, be able to use Microsoft office, specifically excel.
- experience of Quickbooks is preferred
- have good knowledge of accounting and numbers
- have good Social Media and Marketing knowledge
Job role description:
- provide & log invoices, contracts and quotes for clients accurately
- Input data into Quickbooks
- assisting directors and accounts with necessary numbers on projects
- General admin duties;
- build professional relationships with our clients and contractors.
- computer skills required knowledge of 365, preferred
- handle clients enquiries and questions
- communicate between tradesmen, directors, designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and clients
- regular website and social media updates
- ensure and maintain professional image and company brand /ethos
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £6.83-£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Abbots Langley, WD5 0NR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
