**Location**: Remote - London, South East England and South West England
**Reports**: Up to 15
**Package**: £45-50k depending on experience, quarterly bonuses, fully expensed company van, laptop, tablet & phone, 25 days annual holiday and bank holidays, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance 4 x basic salary, Employee Assistance Programme.

**As a Field Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and oversee our team of employed engineers to ensure they operate to Airtech operational standards in:

- Safety
- Productivity
- Installation Quality
- Customer / Multi
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Offer Electrical Support and expertise to all stakeholders
- Carry out Site visits throughout the UK to coach and audit your teams completed work
- Delivery of works in compliance with the agreed specification and within the agreed timescales
- Maintaining a competent team of engineers at all times to meet the capacity requirements of the business

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- **Essential**_
- 2 Years Experience Managing a Field Based Team
- Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety requirements and Electrical Safe Systems of Work
- 5 Years Electrical Experience
- Basic DBS Check
- Current UK Driving Licence
- **Desirable**_
- Qualified to 18th Edition wiring regulations with C&G 5357 Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification
- IOSH Managing Safely Qualification
- First Aid in the Workplace
- Good Geographic knowledge of the UK
- Ventilation knowledge/ experience

**Personal Skills**:

- Great organisational skills - you will be managing stock and coordinating many moving parts
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to coach and develop your team
- Collaboration with all stakeholders - Internal and External
- Competent with basic Software/Hardware - Desk based and mobile tablets/phones
- A sound understanding of HR processes and conflict management
- Ability to influence and drive positive attitudes and behaviours with regards to site Health and Safety
- Content travelling throughout the UK on a regular basis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
- A ‘can do’ attitude that brings energy into the surrounding teams
