Job advert- This role is instrumental in the day-to-day smooth running of the school as it is works closely with the inclusion team, students, staff and parents to promote and support the improvement of attendance and punctuality of students.
- Our ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following;- Recent experience of working in a busy office environment, ideally in a school or similar environment
- Experience of working with MIS
- Excellent time management and effective organisational skills
- Experience of manipulating data to produce accurate reports
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A caring and positive attitude, sensitive to student’s needs.
- Flexible approach to working and commitment to ongoing service and personal development (through self-evaluation and learning from others).

The successful applicant will be energetic and enthusiastic and enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds. You will enjoy nurturing young people to grow in confidence and flourish personally.
