- Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned higher education institution based in East London. They are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join their Policing Apprenticeships team on an initial 6 week basis, with potential for extension.**Duties**:

- Provide general administration assistance ranging from producing detailed reports, shared mailbox and meeting coordination.
- Produce key documents for the Apprenticeships Manager and other key staff.
- Helping to manage diaries, minute taking and dealing with internal and external queries.
- Ensure an effective service delivery by developing relationships with colleagues across business.

**Experience**:

- Strong administration experience is vital.
- Comfortable producing detailed documents including reports (Power BI experience would be advantageous) as well as general MS Office knowledge.
