**Role Information**:
The safety of our residents living in our buildings is our number one priority, so we are seeking a Fire & Building Safety Co-ordinator to join our Fire & Building Safety Team.

A key part of the role is to help with our fire risk assessment programme and managing the actions that arise from this. You will work closely with the contractor(s) that undertake our fire risk assessment programme and ensure they complete these on time.

You will be joining Jigsaw Homes Group at an exciting time. The Fire Safety Team are currently working through the new requirements of the Fire Safety Act, Fire Safety England Regulations, and the Building Safety Act. You will help support the team prepare for these new requirements.

You will help undertake audits to ensure all routine checks are undertaken on time and you will need to ensure information is recorded. This is particularly important with the new requirement for the golden thread of information for our High-Risk Residential Blocks (HRRB’s) Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that information is collated and filed appropriately.

You will have admin experience, be organised and methodical with a logical approach to managing data. You will have excellent attention to detail. You will be a team player who can work effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and residents. You will be a self starter, with great IT skills, particularly excel, who can produce reports and statistical data that provide good information that improves understanding.
