As a leading figure in the claim arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Clinical Support Practitioner will be responsible for constructing individual care plans and conducting telephone assessments along with attending home visits.

In return, the Clinical Support Practitioner will expect a salary of up to £26,000, 26 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Attend home visits (when appropriate)
- Conduct telephone assessments and construct individual care plans
- Advise on ‘reasonable adjustments’ that can be made
- Work with team members to ensure the customer is fully supported

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Previous experience of a clinical background
- Excellent customer service experience
- Previous experience of constructing care plans
- Strong organization skills and high level of attention to detail

**Full Job Details;**
- Full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Permanent position
- Up to £26k per annum plus benefits
- Flexible remote / home working
- Training provided & support with industry qualifications

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bradford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- clinical: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
