**Aim of the role**:
The main responsibility of the role is to lead on all Framework bids and renewals, compliance, and management, setting out clearly how future contracts will operate and deliver on their obligations. This is a key strategic role supporting the Public Sector Sales Team to ensure Redcentric are on relevant frameworks and that we are delivering to its objectives for commercial and technical success.
The Framework Manager will support the Head of Bid Management, Group Sales and Marketing Director and the Head of Public Sector Sales to define and executive a Framework and Social Value strategy. They will take overall responsibility for framework contract compliance and take proactive action to deal with performance issues as soon as they arise.

**Key Objectives**:

- Fully manage a range of Public Sector Framework and Enterprise level bids to win contracts that relate to Redcentric products and services. Proof-reading all bid and proposal documentation to ensure it fully meets all requirements, is formatted and reads well and to a high standard, ensuring it is presented in a professional manner when required.
- Identify opportunities for Redcentric's inclusion on relevant technology frameworks, including renewal.
- Accountable for the overall successful delivery of a Framework submission - including bid planning, risk management, senior stakeholder management and any other key deliverable for the bid.
- Working closely with the sales lead to organise presentations, demos and other relevant sales collateral to facilitate all aspects of the bid/sales process.
- Manage the delivery of Social Value, including the tracking activities and monitoring progress against social value commitments in Frameworks and contract.
- Provide support and guidance to specified projects/contracts on Social Value matters, whilst developing a good understanding of the company ESG Strategy
- Responsible for the timely reporting and measurement of the social impact of specified projects including project KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact on Frameworks and Social Value for internal colleagues, procuring framework teams and public sector bodies.
- Attend all supplier engagement webinars and activities, specifically relating to all Framework engagement, conferences, working groups.
- Schedule, facilitate and contribute to bid meetings (kick off, storyboarding sessions, weekly bid stand-up calls, key re-views, governance/sign off etc) to ensure that the bid is properly resourced, accountabilities are agreed, all deliverables are viable in the time available and that the bid process is adhered to.
- Develop a thorough understanding of bid potential risks and opportunities and ensure the wider bid team address them respectively.
- Ensure contract documents are thoroughly reviewed and work with Legal, Commercial and operational teams to understand and agree bid position.
- Support the seamless transit of Frameworks into sales support for ongoing management, acting as a advisor and expert to the wider business.
- Complete post framework or tender award paperwork and liaise with product and marketing to execute framework/ tender onboarding.
- Management and governance of Framework and Social Value reporting to be made available to the wider business.
**Person Specification**
- A minimum of 5 years experience of developing complex propositions to large scale and enterprise level customers.
- Capability and experience of managing framework contracts in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and facilitate collaboration amongst broader bid stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Writing skills - the ability to both create responses from scratch and rewriting others' copy.
- Project management skills.
- Computer skills - proficient in MS Office.
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet constant deadlines and be able to react to changing corporate objectives.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptable and flexible.
**Hours of Work**
The Company's standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm (3.30pm on a Friday) with one hour for lunch, however, given the nature of the role, flexibility in terms of hours worked will be required to deal with incidents as they occur.
